We partner with multiple mail carriers to deliver our products to customers. Once a package leaves our facility, customer tracking information will provide the most up-to-date knowledge on your orders' location. If you contact your local carrier office, they should be able to provide you with more detailed information.
Packages can often be scanned as "delivered" before they are actually delivered. We suggest waiting 24-48 hours after receiving a delivery notification to see if your order arrives before reaching out.
Be sure to double-check the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it is correct. We also suggest checking with your neighbors, the building mailroom, the building office, and looking in your mailbox to locate any missing packages.
