You may return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving the original purchase. Socks/masks must be unworn and in original packaging to be eligible for an exchange/return. For health and sanitation purposes, we do not accept returns of items that have been tried on. As noted on the product page, custom face products are not eligible for returns/exchanges. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept international returns.
You can expect a full refund to the payment method used during checkout within 1-3 business days of our receiving of the return. If you are exchanging an item, we will process and ship the new item within 2-5 business days of our receiving of the exchange.
Defective items can be returned and exchanged only after our customer service staff can confirm a defect/damage. Please contact us with questions.
